Barre
Fitness

is a low-impact full-body workout utilizing small movements to safely and effectively strengthen your body. This class is inspired by the original Lotte Berk Method, Yoga and Pilates and set to fun upbeat music. Choose from my Classic, Barre Flow or Cardio Barre Fusion classes.

Yoga

is a practice that invites us to slow down and explore the ways in which our bodies and breath work and connect. You'll find different types of yoga classes offered including Yin Yoga, Yoga Fusion, Yoga with Weights and Deep Stretch/Myofascial Release.

Strength Training

is a high intensity class that is constantly varied but includes plyometric and circuit training as well as cardio and strength training. Classes require minimal to no equipment, are designed for all levels and modifications are provided.

Mat
Pilates

is a full body workout that follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates Method and incorporates the core principles of control, centering, concentration, breathing, precision and flow.

My hope as a fitness professional is to inspire others to make positive life-changes on and off of their mats. With thousands of hours of training and two decades of teaching yoga and fitness classes under my belt, I feel blessed to hold the role of teacher and share my passion, energy and practice with others.

I’ve discovered that mindful movement based “exercise” is an opportunity to build strength, stamina and focus, allowing me to break my heart wide open and turn fully towards my journey through life. I hope you'll join me! Learn More About Nicole
