Circuit Training is a high intensity class that is constantly varied but includes: plyometric and circuit training as well as strength training. Each circuit features 6-8 different exercises- you'll work for 1 minute at each station, followed by 1 minute of rest. You'll do the circuit twice. Classes require minimal to no equipment, are designed for all levels and modifications are provided.

Barre Fitness:
is a low-impact full-body workout utilizing small movements to safely and effectively strengthen your body. This class is inspired by the original Lotte Berk Method, Yoga and Pilates and set to fun upbeat music. Choose from my Classic, Barre Flow or Cardio Barre Fusion classes. View Barre Videos

Yoga:
is a practice that invites us to slow down and explore the ways in which our bodies and breath work and connect. You'll find different types of yoga classes offered including Yin Yoga, Yoga Fusion, Yoga with Weights and Deep Stretch/Myofascial Release. View Yoga Videos

Strength Training:
is a high intensity class that is constantly varied but includes plyometric and circuit training as well as cardio and strength training. Classes require minimal to no equipment, are designed for all levels and modifications are provided. View Strength Videos

Mat Pilates:
is a full body workout that follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates Method and incorporates the core principles of control, centering, concentration, breathing, precision and flow. View Pilates Videos
